Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Note: For food safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened spice packages or tea containers
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items showing signs of use or tampering
  • Bulk orders or custom blends

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation and return authorization number
  3. Packaging: Securely package the items in their original packaging

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items
  • The original payment method will be refunded
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the damaged items or packaging
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • A replacement will be shipped or a full refund issued, including original shipping costs

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for unopened items within 30 days of purchase
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value, or the difference must be paid
